- The tiers differ in the number of initial product designs, level of branding customization, and your profit share percentage. Basic is great for testing merch, Professional is our most popular for serious artists, and Enterprise is for established brands with high volume expectations.
- How does print-on-demand work?
- When a customer orders from your store, the order is automatically sent to our printing partner. They print the design on the product, package it, and ship it directly to your customer. You never touch inventory or handle shipping. You earn your profit share on each sale.
- Can I see samples before launching?
- Yes! With Professional and Enterprise tiers, we can produce physical samples of your top designs for approval before going live. Sample costs are additional but deducted from your setup fee.
- What if products are defective or wrong?
- We handle all customer service issues including defects, wrong sizes, and lost shipments. Our print partners have quality guarantees and will reprint/reship at no cost to you or your customer.
- Can I add more products later?
- Absolutely! You can add new designs and products anytime. Design services are available à la carte: $50 per new design, $200 for a 5-design pack.
- Do you integrate with my existing website?
- Yes! We can integrate a merch shop into your existing website, or create a standalone store. We support Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, and custom builds.
